When I painted this, I wasn’t thinking of landscapes or anatomy or visual form. I was remembering a moment that had no place in time — the first breath before birth. The awe of stepping into gravity. The courage of choosing embodiment. The sorrow of forgetting. And the tiny flicker of joy, when the soul whispers: I’m still here.


The character in the painting is not me, but she might be you. Or someone you once were. She is suspended between dimensions — her gaze wide open, yet unfocused, as if decoding the code of Earth once again.


And maybe, just maybe, this painting was made for those who have always felt a little out of place here.

The wanderers.

The old souls.

The star-born.


The quietly radiant ones who carry cosmic memory in their cells, and still wake up wondering why this place feels both like home and exile.


This is my love letter to the moment we arrive.

And to the ones who never stopped remembering.
