Shipping & Returns

This section explains how orders are processed, shipped, and handled after purchase.

 
1. Order Processing

Orders are prepared within a reasonable timeframe.

Original artworks and custom pieces may require additional preparation time before shipping.

 
2. Shipping

Orders are shipped from the Kabriela Arcane studio or through trusted partners.

Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification and tracking information when available.

Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are beyond my control.

 
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the artwork.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

 
4. Packaging

Each artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery and to protect the integrity of the piece during transit.

 
5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer within the EU, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the order.

To initiate a return, please contact me within this period.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

 

Returns are only accepted if the artwork arrives damaged or incorrect.

Due to the nature of original and custom artwork, all other sales are final.

Where applicable under EU consumer law, certain rights may apply.

 
6. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Items must be returned within 14 days after notifying the withdrawal.

 
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible and include:

  • Photos of the artwork

  • Photos of the packaging

A replacement or refund will be arranged where appropriate.

 
8. Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

 
9. Non-Returnable Items

Custom or commissioned artworks are non-refundable once the work has begun.

 
10. Responsibility

I am not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping providers

  • Customs delays or fees

  • Issues caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
